As a newcomer in the ActionAid family, MS’ ActionAid Denmark has also just joined the Activista global youth network. However, MS ActionAid Denmark has a long tradition of volunteer work and has many active volunteer groups. Amongst the highlights we can mention the yearly fair trade festival in Copenhagen, the leadership training courses, the global café group, new media volunteer groups, the global volunteer program and presently the climate events to make EU face their climate debt and to demand a fair climate deal in December 2009. Activista Denmark is now starting up a core group of volunteers, who are getting involved with the hungerFREE campaign demanding world leaders to free the hungry billion. Visit MS ActionAid Denmark
